  Landon was wonderful to work with. He was very responsive and helpful. The property was in the perfect location for our needs. Great walking path and park just a few minutes walk from the house. Walmart and the aquatic center less than a 5 minute drive. We will definitely rent again if in the area. Thank you Landon for being an amazing host!

  We arrived with 8 adults and two children. 6 adults and the two kids stayed two nights and the remaining adults stayed three nights. For that short time, the place was fine. But there are issues with the place.....no tv in the family room/common area. Difficult in a place that sleeps 10. The only televisions in the house are in three of the bedrooms. No screens on some of the upstairs bedroom windows. We had a two year old and a three year old. When we were there, it was very warm. If we had opened one of the windows without a screen and one of the babies fell out? I believe you would have been liable? The online description said private backyard. There is no fence, therefore it's not private, which was difficult with kids. It said there was a play area? Nothing for kids. It was all rock and a tiny concrete slab outside the door with a bbq on it. The towels in the linen closet were folded and put away damp. The basin of the shower downstairs is springy and feels like your going to fall through the floor. Not anchored correctly. The towels didn't exactly smell dirty but did not smell clean either. One of the towels downstairs had something crusty on it. If they were washed, I don't think detergent was used. The description said there was a dining room table. The only dining table was a nook table with four chairs. Not nearly enough for a house that sleeps 10. Good think we didn't cook and eat big meals there. The upstairs toilet in the master bedroom is loose. When you stand up, it slams against the wall.

  Overall, it worked okay for our trip. But there are many improvements that should be made. Not sure I'd stay again.

  This was the perfect home to rent while we visited my daughter and her family for the weekend! Lots of space and close to everything! Thank you for having us and for going above and beyond to help us!
