  This is a place for college students that are looking for just a place to crash and it doesn’t matter what or where they sleep.

  The beds were terrible. They are all old or barely a bed. The have a king size bed that is super old and lumpy. So that is 2 of the sleeps 8 spots.

  Then there is a bunk bed that has double mattresses on top and bottom, There is the sleeps 4 more of the 8. They were just 4 inch foam mattresses. That were not great.

  And then the have two 1 inch. (1 inch that’s it) mattress that you fold apart to that is their sleep 2 more. They are not thick and they should not be meant to sleep over night on. The sleeping arrangements sucked.

  The toilet seat was broken. I probably wouldn’t have posted that, but because I am already doing a review I thought I should.

  Their is no couch that pulls out, if you are thinking that’s how they accommodate more guest.

  Overall not a good stay.

  They put the bare minimal into the place for their guest.

  If they would replace all the mattresses with newer thicker ones, or in the case of the ones in the closet you can pull out, (that were not actual mattresses) the place wouldn’t be to bad. Would not stay again unless they changed out the beds. If they did that. Not a bad place.

  I had to go buy a Roku remote (at Walmart) to get the tv’s to work. The one in the bunk bed room had a passcode that I did not know.

  There was really no good hair or body wash options for girls.

  Just the bare minimum, that can easily be fixed.

  - Sleeping comfort really varies by guest, but the bunk beds were added this year to offer a better option than the previous setup. We are looking into mattress toppers to add more comfort and support.
  - We were aware of the toilet seat issue and had planned for my handyman to address it, but unfortunately, the repair couldn’t be completed before your arrival. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  - The king mattress in the master has already been switched out, and we hope this will be a welcome improvement for future guests.
  - We are continuing to review amenities and small upgrades so the home feels comfortable and well-prepared for everyone.

  We had a nice stay and the kitchen was well equipped. The only suggestions would be to change out the shower heads in the bathrooms and check the water pressure. Also, I understand the need for basic cleanliness rules but as a guest who has already paid a cleaning fee, the rules seemed a bit extensive compared to other rentals we have stayed in before. Overall though, it was a nice stay.

  We have stayed at Las Palmas several times and we absolutely love it. It so great for kids and there is so many things to do. We definitely will be staying at this location again.

  This condo had all the amenities needed for the stay. it was a super fun trip and good place to rest our heads on at night.
