3/5 Okay is a good word for this property. The location is perfect and the amenities offered at Las Palmas are absolutely outstanding. With 3 large pools, 2 smaller pools, hot tubs, basketball, pickle ball, splash pad and snacks.The condo itself was the okay part. We arrived to the property and it wasn’t clean. There was random human hair everywhere. Counters, sinks, bed pillow and tub. Places that if it were cleaned, it shouldn’t be there. There was pee and toilet paper in the toilet upon arrival as well. It seemed like it was a, clean the bare minimum property. I would stay at this condo complex again (Las Palmas) but not this specific condo.

Cozy
5/5 Nice condo great for a couple with small children. View was great from the bedroom. The owner Jill was very kind extended our check out time due to lack of sleep from staying out late BOA CHAMPIONSHIP. Unfortunately we had to leave earlier than planned due to an emergency. Only thing i would change is a more firmer mattress. If ever in the area I will definitely stay here again.
