  The property was clean and the view was amazing. The kids loved the pools and play area. It was close to everything with mi imal travel time. Higly recommended!

• Update - Stunning View - Hard to Beat!

  The view from this condo is just simply stunning. It is a million dollar view without a doubt!

  The unit is very tastefully decorated in a minimalist style. It is VERY roomy. There were only two of us so it was absolutely more room than we needed. More than one family with kids would be able to stay in this unit comfortably. You have everything you need in the unit plus little extras!! The bathrooms are huge with awesome showers and soaking tubs. The pools are super nice.

  Location extremely convenient to everything. 1hr 45 mins to Las Vegas (much cheaper to fly in there than St George!). 2 1/2 hour drive to North Rim of Grand Canyon in Arizona (make sure it’s open!). Very short drive to Snow Canyon and not far from Bryce or Zion. Downtown St George is quaint with the St George temple beautiful at its heart. Many Latter-day Saint historical landmarks. Pioneer Park and the Desert Garden super nice.

  Now for the downside… the master mattress needs to be replaced or turned or something. Big dip on side closest to bathroom. Not comfortable!! I had to sleep on the bed crosswise!!

  Noise from 3rd floor very loud!! I literally heard the snoring of the neighbor in my bedroom above my head!!! I had to go up there one evening at 11:30pm and ask them to please be quiet. It sounded like they were bowling up there!!

  The worst downside and upsetting feature for me is the unit is on the 2nd floor. I only rented it because it advertised an elevator. You have to supposedly have a key for the elevator. The key does NOT work. I have disabilities and the stairs on a daily basis were super hard. Luggage and groceries no fun. Thank God my son is young and could make all the trips back and forth on those stairs. I could not help. I barely got myself up and down them!!!

  I immediately contacted the property and first it was insinuated I did not know how to identify or work a key that has a tag attached, which says “elevator key”, then it was insinuated I could not figure out what key hole to put the key in at the elevator!! Literally asked me if I put the key in the hole for firemen. Really? I would never put a key in the fireman hole!

  We tried everything with that key, the ELEVATOR DOES NOT WORK! Other units said same thing. Their “elevator keys” did not work either!!! Although there was response from the property and they said they contacted maintenance, NO ONE DID ANYTHING to fix the elevator in the 7-days we were there. They clearly did not care!!!!

  If you are counting on an elevator or have elderly people in your party- DO NOT RENT THIS UNIT!! They do not care it is broken nor will they fix it!!

  If you are young and agile, don’t mind stairs, then by all means rent this Condo. It is beautiful.

  We’ve recently stayed at the subject property. The condo was clean, spacious, had everything we needed and the views were amazing. The pools and common areas were bit dated but we still had a great time and would return there in the future.
