  Easy to check in. Everything as described. Clean and well organized. Perfect for my quick stay to visit my U of U student. Batteries in the remote to the TV were dead. Coffee pot and a cute little holder for coffee bar but it was empty. That would be a great little perk to have that stocked.

• Not a pleasant stay!

  This was definitely the worst rental experience I’ve had. We weren’t able to get into the place that I booked, so we were sent to a different property which was pretty unpleasant (locks were faulty, bugs everywhere, dirty dishes, etc..) At least we had a roof over our heads, but it was less than enjoyable. I reached out to the host after leaving to ask for a partial refund and was ignored. Would not recommend!

  - Our cleaning crew didn't find any issues with bugs or dirty dishes during their inspection.

• Not what we expected.

  The pictures were very deceiving online. We spent a lot of money on this place to show up and there is mold growing in the bathroom, the sheets were not changed before we got there (and didn’t look like it was cleaned at all), supplies had ran out, and it was just overall not a nice place to stay. We had to get a hotel during our stay because this place was just disgusting and we did not feel good about staying there anymore. Would never recommend to anyone.

• Cozy and Wonderful

  This was a trip with Father and Son for a long weekend. Son loved the loft and enjoyed having his own space. We were only in the home for sleeping and changing clothes between activities. We woke up to Snow over the weekend and my born and raised Arizona preteen LOVED the opportunity to make some snowballs. We had a great adventure and this tiny home was the perfect base camp. Minutes to anything we needed and centrally located for easy access to all of our major activities as well. If I have the chance to bring a kid and come to this area again - I would absolutely be coming back to this great little house.
