5/5 The house had plenty of space and the hot tub was a hit. I had trouble with the lock the first day but Caleb helped and we didn't have any other trouble.

4/5 Overall the space in the house was great for our family of 11! A blow up mattress was even added when requested! The layout is wonderful to give everyone their own space! If you are planning on cooking meals the kitchen is not well stocked or organized and the grill was not clean. The swing set shown was VERY unstable and we did not allow our kids to use the swings for fear it would collapse. The hot tub was enjoyed by all and was clean and functional. The house was "clean" but needed a thorough cleaning under sofas/beds, etc... I bought hangers for the closets as they were not provided. The biggest issue was the CONTINUOUS bird droppings on the back patio from birds nesting under the solar panels. It was sometimes "raining" poo....not cool when kids are playing in the yard. The location is great for easy access to groceries, and short drive to the mountains. A mixed review, but with some attention it could be a great stay for a large group. Caleb was quick to help when a couple things needed immediate attention and that was very much appreciated. I have to be honest though as I rely on these reviews when I am choosing a VRBO. Thank you.

Clean and nice but not perfect
4/5 House was clean and nice. Lots of space. Beds were a bit uncomfortable because they were just mattresses on boards without box springs. The house was nice, but they used the lowest end, cheapest products on many renovations. Some things needed some repainting like the railing on the stairway and incomplete painting job in the master bath toilet room. But was overall a nice place.

Hometown Visit
4/5 Property was as listed, plenty of towels, toilet paper, laundry soap, trash bags, kitchen items - noting this as many properties are lacking in this area. Property contact was very responsive and went out of his way to bring the mailbox key over to the property as we had some Amazon deliveries that got delivered and could not access. Very spacious, downstairs area was great, nice greenway/walkway that leads to the nearby park is right outside the property. A few items that could use attention: - The grill was unusable, it was pretty dirty, we tried to clean it, bought new scrappers, etc., however could just not get it up to par that the family wanted to grill with it. Not a huge deal.- Internet service - HORRIBLE, please contact Comcast to come out and service your address. Wifi kept dropping every 1-2 hours, we would have to re-set the modem. The modem needs to be swapped.
