  • Provo Canyon “Treehouse”

    5/5

This home is located in Provo Canyon, with beautiful Mountain views and a creek running right through the backyard. My kids loved splashing in the cool water, the backyard is a very peaceful place with the big green trees and sounds of birds chirping and the creek water flowing. We made use of the BBQ and firepit for s’mores a couple of nights, there is a hot tub too but we never used it since it was so warm outside.

The inside of the home is clean and spacious - it’s bigger than it looks from the outside. I loved the views of the mountains and trees, it really does feel like you’re in a tall treehouse. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved the nugget ice machine.

The only quirky thing about the house is that the counter heights are very tall, but there are step stools in the kitchen and bathrooms to help shorties reach the sinks/cupboards.

We loved the location, walking distance to Victoria Park (two other beautiful parks are a short drive up the road), a few minutes from Bridal Veil Falls, less than 10 minutes to Sundance, and only about 45 minutes to Park City where we rode the Mountain Coaster (such a thrill)!

  • Perfect for our visit

    5/5

We were in town for two of our daughters sports camps at BYU so I wanted to be close but also in the mountains so we could experience some of the beauty of this area. This location was perfect. We were close enough and just far enough. Access to the Provo River Trail was perfect. South Fork Park Was beautiful and we went up there a couple times and we were able to gather as a family on multiple occasion along the creek right at the back of the property. The home was clean and in great condition. My family left asking if we could come back again.

  • Streamside Paradise for Tall People

    5/5

We loved the grill, the stream, the hot tub, and the amazing Bose sound system for movies. Seriously… such great amenities! There were a couple of quirks but the property was so endearing that they were easy to overlook but maybe just a quick mention… You may want to consider BYOP (bring your own pillows) as the ones provided were flat as pancakes. Next, you will be in awe of how short you feel next to any of the cabinets throughout. I’ve never had cabinets that were level with my chest. Washing hands or brushing your teeth? Step stools provided so you can reach. Splashing water on your face? Super easy as you barely have to bend your knees. Lastly, for the love of all things holy, do NOT walk into the back bedroom without shoes on. Trust me. There is a bunk ladder that will eat your toes. Every. Single. Time. Plus, keep an eye on those step stools, too. They are like garden gnomes, I swear because they seem to move and eat your toes as well. The chaise right outside the master bedroom is brilliant. You will love reading there. The pebble ice maker was also a huge hit - one of those things that makes you rethink your whole life about why you’ve never invested in one. Seriously, spot on addition that I have to clear counter space for in my own house now. Such a cool little neighborhood and close enough for Grubhub and Uber Eats delivery! We recommend Arempas for some killer empanadas. Perfect way to spend our 25th anniversary. I’m gonna go ice my toes now.

  • Vivian Park Stay

    5/5

We stayed here for a long weekend and couldn’t have picked a better place! This home is surrounded by a river to fish and mountains to explore. Exactly what we were looking for!

The back patio was my favorite, backed up to a stream and comfortable furniture perfectly situated to sit and enjoy a book and the beautiful views.

The hot tub was well maintained and fun to sit in with snow flurries around us.

Well stocked with towels, extra blankets, and kitchen staples.

The home was clean and the owner responsive when we had any questions.

We will definitely stay here again when visiting beautiful Vivian Park!
