Book an unforgettable getaway to this beautiful, spacious, light-filled 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath luxury condo. With 2 living areas, 3 en-suite bedrooms, beds for 7, gourmet kitchen, innovative staging area and remarkable location, this 1700 sq.ft. home offers 1st class comfort, convenience and ambiance. Whether you’re visiting for world-class skiing, the Sundance FilmFest or some chill time in Park City’s awesome summer weather, you’ll feel like royalty in this well-appointed and stylish retreat.
The condo’s location in Old Town Park City is superlative in terms of convenience and proximity. The back patio of the condo adjoins the 18th fairway of Park City Golf Club which doubles as a cross-country ski track during winter. You can walk 60 paces to the pool complex or 90 paces to a covered station for Park City’s free and famous shuttle bus system. Numerous retail establishments are literally across the street, including a huge supermarket, a State Liquor Store, ski rental/sales shops, coffee shops, bars & restaurants, fast-food places, massage, pharmacies, banks, 4-screen cinema, UPS & FedEx, car rental, etc.
The base of Park City Mountain Resort is within a couple minutes by car. Interestingly, it is easy to ski back to the condo from PCMR if one is willing to skate & pole a mild downhill on the X-C track for about 5 minutes, but you need to remove your skis and cross Silver King Drive in order to do this.
The property is exactly 1 mile downhill from the bottom of Main Street, where you are within walking distance of dozens of restaurants and countless shops. The condo is 3 miles from Deer Valley and the Canyons, 40 miles from Snowbird and Alta, and 45 miles from Solitude and Brighton.
We wanted a condo in Park City for the last weekend in September and this one fit the bill! The owner was so gracious and helpful; he even answered my call on Friday night when we had trouble with the lockbox. He patiently walked me through the steps to gain access. The condo was clean and very well appointed. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked. Our granddaughter was thrilled to sleep in the loft! The view from the patio of the golf course and surrounding mountains in full fall color was amazing. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful place!

Liked the location and it was perfect size. A lot of rules about how to do things and was confusing since received three emails right before arrival.

Hi Lori, thank you for your review. Here is the homeowner’s feedback: Lori, I am sorry to learn you were confused by the Access Instructions and Condo User’s Guide reissued after your arrival. Since we have the same standard ground rules as other rentals, you likely are referring to the instructions in our User's Guide, which accumulates our answers to the numerous "how do I....." questions fielded during three decades of offering the condo as a nightly rental. I definitely intend for them to be helpful instead of confusing! I am very glad to hear you otherwise enjoyed your stay!
Very communicative and accommodating host. Property was clean and comfortable for family with small kids. Lots of sleeping options. About 20 minute walk to Main Street. Playground/park nearby. Pool great for kids. Only downside was the lack of AC during a summer heat wave.

Thanks for sharing your comfortable place with us. Everyone loved your leather furniture in the tv area, especially the 2 recliners. The location was great. We could easily walk in every direction. Also enjoyed sitting out back as the evening cooled off, watching golfers and hummingbirds.

This property is the best I have ever stayed in. Most rentals have limited amenities to use. For example, a roll of toilet paper, maybe some paper towels, no spices, and limited kitchen appliances. This place has it all and then some. The owner is very responsive and obviously prides himself on his guests having a wonderful experience. This place could have been bare bones but it was far from that. We enjoyed sitting out back and enjoying the outdoor weather. Close to everything but not in the crowds. My kids didn't want to leave even to see the sites. I couldn't blame them. We already booked more time in this unit. As others have said - Read the Bible of info on the unit and you won't have one unanswered question.
