Too Many Rules!! Like big brother is watching, I was afraid of breaking any of them for fear of them saying, "hey we have a bunch of cameras and the rules are posted everywhere "I just did not feel comfortable. Rules are posted everywhere!, I felt like I we were trespassing. We paid alot of money just to feel that way. All of the very strict rules should have been posted in LARGE letters in the description of the house, as they should be, Then we would have passed on this one. I had to go to a park to visit with my family as it says no gatherings etc... no pets allowed, long term renter had 2 very unkept and hungry dogs. They were very sweet but not well taken care of. In the evening after returning from our memorial service. The dogs were trying to eat a skull of some sort on the grass in front of the sitting area. I really felt for them. I gave them water and lovin. It is not like I wanted to party or something, but it would have been nice to visit with my family somewhere more comfortable than a park picnic table. This rental is Not worth the money

The homeowners were disappointed to read your review, as they are accustomed to providing 5-star experiences, and would like to clarify the following:
- We clearly list the presence of outdoor cameras on the property page. They're positioned for safety, which is a common practice in vacation rentals.
- We’re sorry if the posted rules felt overwhelming. They're intended to support a peaceful environment and have helped many guests enjoy comfortable, stress-free stays.
- “No parties” is meant to prevent large, disruptive events—not quiet time with family. The home includes a back porch and lawn area specifically for guests to gather.
- The dogs belong to long-term tenants and are typically kept secured. We’ve followed up with them to make sure that continues, and they’ve confirmed the pets are well cared for.
Thanks for your valuable feedback as we continue to improve for future guests.
All good

From the owner: "Thank you for your comments. We are excited to have you back next year!"
Perfect location to stay when exploring Bryce Canyon. Our family appreciated the cleanliness and comfortable beds. It’s well located, near the local grocery store and only 30 minutes away from the NP entrance. Much cozier and bigger than staying at a closer motel.
