3/5 Good location but couldn't see in total darkness to get in. No hand rails. Outside overgrown with weeds, vines and dead leaves. Mulch needs attention. Cracked sidewalk hazardous. Could not get garbage can in or out on owners schedule. Close to BYU. Inside decor lovely. Wonderful appliances look new, Windows dirty. Spray for bugs, spiders, earwigs. Remove giant bed pillows in front BR. LivRm carpet stained. Otherwise house very clean. Inside bedrooms too small to open suitcases on floor or racks. Need to fix kitchen clock and blinds. Noisy neighbor kids. Property owner asked for 5 star rating. Sorry this is NOT a 5-star property and couldn't be fixed during our stay. It's true the rent was cheapest.

- We strive for a 5-star experience, but understand that wasn't the case during your stay and appreciate your honesty.
- Since your visit, we cleaned the exterior windows and sills, shampooed the living room carpet, and added blackout cutouts to the bedrooms.
- The porch light is set on a timer from sunset to 11 PM, and while there are two small cracks in the sidewalk, we haven’t found any that pose a safety risk.
- We have a monthly pest control service in place and did not observe bug activity during our follow-up visit, but we’ll continue to monitor and treat as needed.

Great cozy house
5/5 We had a great stay at this house in Orem. It is just as it is described in the listing. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The host, John, was very nice, responsive and replied quickly. The house is in a great location with short drives to Provo and the mountains. Highly recommend staying here!
