Rural retreat close to Zion and Snow Canyons, as well as retail and restaurants in Cedar City. The Guest House was perfect for our active vacation. Boyd, the property owner/contact, was very helpful with hike suggestions and very prompt to reply to any questions. This property did not disappoint!

It was a wonderful stay!!! Beautiful view!!!! Very clean!!
Owner so so nice an accommodating!!!
Should consider fixing the bathtub; drain lever is missing so you cannot take a bath after a long hike, only a shower.
Also consider replacing matresses as these are quite old, hard and not very comfy. But again, I say, the place was very clean and a gorgeous view!!!!
This home was beautiful! Boyd was so kind and accommodating, giving us good recommendations for food. The house was stocked well and we used it as a home base to hike Zion and Bryce Canyons. Bryce was amazing, our favorite! The view was stunning!

My family of four treasured our stay at this quiet property with breathtaking vistas of the Utah landscape. The house was clean and the host was responsive. Located very close to the Kolob Canyons entrance to Zion National Park.

We came to Zion National Park for a family vacation with our teenage daughter. We did an ATV tour on the East side of Zion with East Zion Adventures and saw slot canyons, they were awesome! The Narrows was closed due to high water, which was disappointing. We took a day to go to Bryces Canyon, which we thought was worth the trip. Also, we took in a play at the Tuacahn Amphitheatre in St. George, it was so good!
