Our family of 4 (3 adults, 1 teen) stayed here for a week in March 2022 and loved the accommodations as we spent the days hiking, biking, canyoneering, and shopping! In the evenings we cooked meals, played cards, and relaxed in the spacious living room/kitchen while looking out the large windows to the red cliffs and La Sal mountains. The 3 bedrooms allowed us to spread out and have some private time to relax too!
Very spacious. Nicely appointed and supplied. Lots of windows, light and views. Tennis, playground, pool, hot tub two doors down. Comfortable and quiet neighborhood. Everything worked well.

Overall, great stay. The place was clean and accommodated 6 adults fairly well. The only drawback are the bunk beds. Yes, they are two beds but as a good sized adult, getting up and down can be a bit tricky! Also, it squeaked when the person in the top bunk rolled over. We struggled with getting the ac right for sleeping and used the fans provided to help keep us cool. Overall though, it was a great place to stay. I really liked that it was just outside downtown Moab. It was like a 20 min drive to Arches.

Enjoyed the stay. Property in very good condition. Beds and couch very comfortable. Only issue was centipede and spider in master bedroom.

This was a trip for 6 of us, myself, my husband, two kids, and my parents. It was a great space for the six of us. comfortable, plenty of room, and the air hockey table was a nice touch for the kids!
