Beautifully appointed condo, fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. There were extra towels and sheets as well as a fully stocked kitchen with spices and cooking gadgets. During our stay the only 2 issues I had was these: 1. There was instructions that stated dogs were to be left on the patio in the event we left the rental at any time, and that dogs could not be left inside unattended. I understand the rationale however as a "pet friendly" rental this really isn't ok. It was 10 degrees during our visit. I would never leave my animals outside in 10 degree weather. I also wouldn't do that in the summer in Moab where the weather reaches triple digits. My suggestion would be to mandate rental insurance when renting to people with pets if the owners are afraid dogs are going to destroy the property. 2. The door that lead from the garage to the house had the locking mechanism removed with a sign says "please don't lock this door, employees need access." There was literally no way to now secure the door during our stay. That made me really nervous. The condo isn't in a gated community with restricted access and not everyone is comfortable leaving a door unsecure. The front door had a keypad on it. Can't your employees be issued a code for the front door for access rather than removing the entire locking mechanism and removing people's option to secure themselves and their stuff? I definitely feel like that's a more appropriate way to control access to the rental property. Other than those 2 things, it was an awesome stay and we really enjoyed ourselves

Erica, we're glad that you enjoyed your stay overall. We apologize for any confusion regarding the request to leave unattended pets outside on the patio, however, this is not a requirement for this townhome. We've reviewed our pre-stay and policy details and can confirm that this is not listed. The homeowner does prefer that pets are kenneled or all bedroom doors are closed when left unattended. We wish that you had reached out to the homeowner regarding this concern, they would have been happy to clarify to ensure that you and your pet had a great stay! Additionally, they have installed a working lock on the door into the garage for the convenience and safety of future travelers. The homeowner does all they can to make it the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. Best, the Evolve Team
Home is amazingly well stocked, great location for a family. Not within walking distance of down town but not an issue to drive right down the road. Would come back 100% quiet neighborhood.

Being surrounded by the LaSal Mountains and the giant rim make this an absolute beauty. Sunrises and sunsets were spectacular. So many things to do in the Moab area. Couldn't get in everything we wanted to do. I would have given a 5-star on cleanliness except for the outdoor grill needed a good cleaning. Almost started a fire from all the previous debris on the bottom of the grill. Also the patio had a small bush growing up underneath the wall which we had to trim back. Many bees were on the patio due to the overgrowth from the bush. Overall, an beautiful place to stay and relax after a long hike. And the master bed helped me have the most peaceful sleep I have had in a while. Would highly recommend and would stay there again next time we are in Moab.

What a lovely area of the country to see! Simply breathtaking views from the house and easy access to everything. We will definitely be back next summer and plan to make it our summer vacation stop yearly at the same home.
