  I was skeptical about a basement unit for 16 people. Even after reading reviews about the grand space, I was still nervous. But all the nerves went away when we walked in and everything exceeded my expectations. It feels more like a luxury villa. The finishes are gorgeous, the bathrooms are spa-like, and the proximity to the local cafes makes it feel very tucked away yet convenient.

  If you stay here, I recommend visiting the Dainty Pear and Ballerina Farms as well as eating at Lolas Kitchen, Cubby’s and Midway Mercantile (more expensive nice restaurant). Everything is so close and cute here. I loved the kitchen set up in the house. We will come back in the summer to enjoy the garden and fruit trees in the yard. That is such a unique touch that you don't see at most Airbnbs. One more bonus: High-quality linens and very comfortable beds.

  Our family always travels somewhere for our reunion and rents a house to stay in. Recently, Airbnbs have gotten very expensive for a full house so when we found an option for 16 people at a wonderful price, we couldn’t be happier! We weren’t sure how just a basement could be enough but we were just underestimating this beauty. The gathering was a huge success thanks to this beautiful home with the kids spending hours on the in-ground trampoline and visiting the chickens in the back while we enjoyed coffee on the patio. Everything was spotless and very high-end. We will definitely be back!

• The nature was our favorite part

  We almost stayed at the Zermatt down the street but glad we chose this instead. It is a much more affordable option for large groups and includes so many unique amenities. Being right by Wasatch State Park was a huge plus for our hiking group. We spent our mornings on the trails and our evenings under the stars in the hot tub. The backyard feels like a private park. It’s clear the hosts put a lot of love into this property.

• Ski getaway for college kids

  Planned a skiing getaway with some college buddies and scored this awesome Airbnb. I live in Heber, but wanted a spot closer to Park City that wouldn't absolutely wreck our wallets like an expensive hotel. The basement setup was perfect for the guys to crash, and the hot tub was a massive lifesaver after a full day on the slopes. Honestly, it felt just like home, but at a fraction of the cost once we split it all up which was pretty good. All I had to do was handle the driving to meals and the resort. Highly recommend this spot for a weekend getaway, buddy trips, or family reunions. Huge shoutout to the host!
