1/5 Very cold stay! The heat was broken for the first three days. When I threatened to leave, they came out and fixed it. Hopefully better now!

"We understand that the heating situation was frustrating, and we appreciate you sharing your perspective. The system was working, but there was some confusion around how to operate the new digital thermostat. We responded promptly to your initial calls and came out right away to assist. When it became clear that additional support was needed, we brought in our HVAC technician to ensure everything was working properly. The heating issue has since been fully addressed, and the system is working as intended."5/5 Everything was perfect. Thank you for letting my family and I stay there. I apologize I washed the linens and left it on the bed, but I cleaned the entire house.

1/5 Requested to modify my stay, a month in advance and they said they would, but then never modified it. I ended up getting charged extra night we did not stay

Mountain View home
4/5 Pictures of home were as shown, beautiful Mountain View’s when you step into the front yard. All linens were super soft and clean. There were a couple easy fixes for the owners: provide dish soap(we had an almost empty bottle), dish cloths and towels, disinfectant(of any kind) and dishwasher tablets. We had two rolls of paper towel and two rolls of toilet paper for 6 people. We only were there 2 nights so it worked out. We really wanted to help out the cleaning crew, but supplies weren’t available. As I said, easy fixes, and we really enjoyed the home and location.
