Not Worth the Money
2/5 When I first booked the property it seems it's listed as a whole house but it's not. I've stayed at houses before where there are other guests with no issues. There is not any soundproofing and if you are in the basement you can literally hear everything upstairs. The property was less than clean and there was a substantial amount of water damage in the bathroom and laundry room. Trash was present in the trashcans from whomever stayed there before us, this seriously makes me question the overall cleanliness. Cockroaches were also present in the kitchen. Once reported the morning after check in, I never heard anything back, not even an apology. There was not hand towels, kitchen towels, wash clothes, or a hair dryer.

Magna, UT House (Downstairs)
5/5 Everything was as advertised. Home was great. Convenience of having the Washer/Dryer right there was awesome. TV worked great and although the shower is a little cramped, water pressure and temp were good. Appliances in the kitchen were newer and worked well.
Only thing to remind people who are staying for several weeks is that the garbage cans need to be put out for Monday pick up on the OPPOSITE side of the street for service. We missed one week because of this, and the can got really full.
We look forward to renting this property again when we do more work on the nearby HS.
