From this superb home, you'll have access to all the best Southern Utah attractions. Zion is Utah's first National Park and home to hundreds of miles of hiking and biking trails. Take the shuttle or take a jaw-dropping, scenic drive through the canyon with towering cliffs to reach one of the many trailheads in the canyon and marvel at the beauty of the grand result of mother nature's work.
Climbers are encouraged to bring the gear along and choose from a variety of different routes ranging from beginner to expert. As an added bonus, the Homeowner local resident with connections to Zion National Park and can share an insider's perspective and tips for this gorgeous landscape! Keen cyclists will find plenty of secured storage space for their bicycles and gear. For guests of the property, free private parking can be provided in Springdale, the bordering town of Zion National Park's main southern entrance.
There are plenty of other activities that surround the area as well! From the house, you will be 3 hours from the North Ridge of The Grand Canyon, 2.5 hours from Bryce Canyon, 2 hours from Lake Powell and Antelope Canyon, and only 2 hours from Las Vegas.
If you choose to stay near the house, be sure to bring your golf clubs and spend some time on the greens at one of the many world-class country clubs that surround the house. With so many amazing sights to see and recreational activities in the area, you're sure to have an unforgettable experience when you stay at this incredible vacation rental house in La Verkin!

Very nice little house
5/5 We really liked being able to do laundry. Nice location - 1 min out of the driveway and we were on the road to Zion NP. (About 25 mins away). Nice beds, bathrooms, kitchen, TV. Host was easy to communicate with. Two small nice features: a “pay it forward” basket so previous guests could leave their extras behind for the next renter. And “outdoor” towels were provide so we didn’t use the nice ones in the bathrooms for excursions. One caution, there was a rooster next door. It didn’t bother us because we got an early start each day. However, if you want to sleep in, maybe bring some earplugs. All in all, we had a great experience!!

5/5 Property was found exactly same way as the description of the property on VRBO. We had a great time at this location. Although home was 20-25 mins away from Zion, the drive was not too bad going into Springdale for shuttle service of the park. Grocery store, coffee shop and restaurants (Specially Indian restaurant) was very close to this place! What a gem! And most importantly the host was very very helpful to give all the needed info, Additionally, you have airport drop off services from St. George which is only 20-22 mins from this house. Enjoyed this trip very much, wish to do it again!!!❤️

5/5 The home was in a very convenient location, close to the supermarket and only 20 minutes from Zion park. The home is clean and well equipped with all the amenities we needed. Would definitely recommend to our friends

Exceeded our expecations; Nice and Convenient
5/5 It was quiet and conveniently located to just about everywhere you'd want to go. The bed were comfortable, and the bathrooms spacious. All the rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The parking and access could not have been easier. We would definitely stay here again!
