• Peaceful and perfect

  Denise, the owner was wonderful. Only saw her once upon arrival as she was kind to let me use the grill on her side to grill steaks. This place is perfect for a solo traveler or two people. It is decorated beautifully and was meticulously spotless! The bed was very comfortable, the shower was great and super hot like I prefer. I appreciated that condiments were in the fridge (sauces, coffee creamer, mustard, dressing, whip cream, etc) and spices in the cabinet.

  The waterfall outside was so peaceful. Hot tub was huge, well maintained, strong jets, and absolutely perfect way to end hiking all day. I felt that it was private enough with the set up and didn’t feel I was sharing a space at all. The entrance is completely separate, she had coverings over the shower outside and a privacy fence separating the area from her side and neighbors next door. The view is beautiful!

  The location couldn’t be more ideal 25 min from St.George airport and 25 min from the Springdale entrance to Zion.

  There’s not a dining area which didn’t bother me at all as there’s folding tables for use.

  There’s not a traditional coffee pot or Keurig, which honestly I prefer a French press or Moka pot, which both are provided with lots of coffee options, fresh ground coffee, creamers, teas, sugar and sweeteners.

  There’s NO TV…which I LOVED!!!! I don’t even watch it so no big deal for me. It helps to disconnect and just enjoy the beauty and peace there. Cell service was great and wifi available if you want it.

  We left a wine opener for future guests, the only thing I was missing.

  It was appreciated that there were quality hygiene products in the drawers (SPF, shaving cream, lotion, nail polish remover, soaps, etc)

  The combo washer/dryer worked great wasn’t noisy at all. Laundry pods were supplied and plentiful.

  I would 100 percent recommend and will return!

• Cute, clean and comfortable

  We enjoyed our stay here! The place was super cute, clean and comfortable.

  We did have contact with the hosts a few times, they were timely and responsive!

  Nice small apartment with beautiful scenery. Washer and dryer was nice to use. Great location between St. George and Zion National Park.

  On arrival there where some cleanliness issues, also property management where very accommodating in trying to take care of the situation. 2nd issue was the AC which was not working correctly took two days to fix, but once again they were quick to resolve the issues. Also the pictures were a little misleading as to the room sizes and the seating area was uncomfortable. We had a fairly comfortable stay but we also have had much better for the same price. Didn’t know that this was attached to a residence.

• Spectacular view and hot tub

  What a view! Patio and hot tub was the higlight of this stay. The decorations were also very pretty! Comfy bed, nice to have a washer/ dryer (just a bit loud), easy check in with code, private and quiet location, amd you can see the moon at night (too cloudy for our stay to see the stars). Wish their was better instructions on how to use the hottub and fire pit. Also wish there were lights for the patio that can turn on and off so you can see where to go at night, especially for the hot tub. Fire alarm went off when turning on the oven and was a pain to turn off. Also wish there was a small divider on the patio so you don't see the neighboring yard. Had good supplies overall for cooking, plenty of laundry detergent, and some "complimentary toiletrties" but I had to go out and get some shampoo, conditioner, and soap since what was provided was little hotel like bottles that had been used and didn't look good for use. Host was friendly when messaging but had trouble contacting and getting consistent responses. Would highly recommend as long as you know these expectations.
