Awesome Stay for UTV Takeover
5/5 Comfortable home, the hot tub was awesome as was the pickle ball court. Loved that we could park the trailer basically right next to the house on the main road. Worked great as a base of operations during UTV Takeover and our southern Utah adventures.

Great place to stay
5/5 Enjoyed our trip here. Came to Utah for a Golf trip and really enjoyed the house. Was room for 5 adults, pickleball court was a highlight of our trip.

Mountain biking
5/5 We traveled to Hurricane area for a mountain biking trip. This was a great location because we went to the St. George area twice and the Hurricane area twice. It was great to be able to park our vehicles and put our bikes in the garage at night. We cooked breakfast and dinner every day which was awesome.
Our party had 6 adults and there was plenty of room for all of us.

5/5 The home was beautiful and fit our needs perfectly. Great location. Weather was cold and wet, but the home was cozy comfortable. The gkids loved the bunk beds!
