  Great place to stay with family. Check-in was easy and everything was ready to go. Kids loved the pool. Very spacious house. Would stay here again.

  This is our second time staying at the house, The first time was one of the best vacations ever so we wanted to come back but this time we had some issues ! the house is beautiful and in a awesome location if your going to the lake but , it hasn’t been maintained as well as it should’ve been . when we first got there the pool was not clean at all actually pretty nasty due to algae and oil covering the whole pool and that is the main reason why we got the house in the first place . we couldn’t get in the first day and a half Until they sent a pool company, which Was good, but I wish it would’ve been clean when we got there so we could’ve jumped in since it was 115 that would’ve been a nice way to cool off. There was some issues with whatever cleaning company they use since we found old fruit on the floor of our bed room , crumbs all over the bed and old water bottles in the bed So that means they did not change the sheets, , which is pretty gross ! Not to mention the popcorn on the couches which we didn’t even bring popcorn . We had to go to the store immediately and buy paper towel, garbage bags , and some coffee cups and stuff like that because there wasn’t enough for our family .

  I do have to say that this is not all bad like I said before location is amazing. The house is beautiful once we got the pool cleaned It was amazing.

  - We apologize for the pool condition upon your arrival. We sent the pool company the next day, and they replaced the torn filter to resolve the issue.
  - The house is cleaned after every guest, including changing the sheets. We are investigating with the cleaning company to address the standards not being met during your stay.
  - We request guests to remove sheets from used beds to indicate which ones need changing. It is possible that a previous guest made the bed without it being cleaned, causing the oversight.
  - For missing supplies, we have a contact number for guests to request any needed items. We provide reusable coffee mugs to reduce waste, and we regret any inconvenience caused.
  Once again, we appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve the guest experience.

  Awesome spacious home. Convenient location. Cleanliness could be better. Bedding and towels were not freshly cleaned. Overall, good place to stay.
