1/5 We were on way to the house when they called and told us they had accidentally double booked the house and since the other group had booked before us, they were cancelling our reservation. We had to scramble and find a different house that did not even come close to fitting our needs.

Beautiful Sweet Home with ton of options
5/5 Fantastic home .. Around 6 families total of 42 members came to this beautiful home and I can only say one thing “ Fantastic/ Beautiful sweet property”. Huge rooms,bathrooms, cutleries.. you have everything .. If you want a huge gathering then this is your place near Zion n Bryce!!

The house worked!
5/5 We took a group of 16 geology students and 5 faculty members to Utah and Arizona for two weeks. Initially, my biggest concern was how the dynamics would play out with such a diverse, large group staying in one house—I worried they might scatter and not interact much. However, the house turned out to be perfect. It provided ample room for everyone to have their own quiet spaces but also offered inviting common areas ideal for movie nights, games, and even karaoke. The students genuinely loved the accommodation, quickly transforming from strangers into a cohesive, supportive group. Remarkably, we experienced no conflicts or drama, which I attribute largely to this shared living environment.
In addition to fostering great interpersonal connections, the house was extremely practical. The spacious living room had room on the side for a workspace with portable tables, and student used HDMI for their presentations on the TV. The kitchen and laundry facilities comfortably met our group's needs, and having Bee's Grocery nearby simplified meal preparation significantly. The home's strategic location was ideal, serving as a central hub from which we explored Bryce Canyon, Zion, Grand Canyon, Glen Canyon Dam, the Toadstools, Paria Township, Cottonwood Canyon, Water Canyon, and numerous geological sites in between.
We all had an amazing trip, and the students have declared that they are all coming again next year, and everyone wants to stay here again.
Great Thanksgiving place for entire family
5/5 Plenty spacious, clean and perfect for the entire family of 21. Didn’t even use a few of the bedrooms as most of the cousins preferred to sleep on mats in the Harry Potter room. Many of the other rooms for seclusion and solace weren’t used either. Spacious parking. Worked very well for us.
