5/5 We liked the central location for all we planned to do in southern Utah. Driving in and out on UT-12 is a bonus. The property is older but well maintained and kitchen had all we need to make dinner at night.

Quiet and Comfortable
5/5 We loved our stay here! It was spacious enough for kids to play, and it was just overall a great home base for our Escalante/Bryce/Capitol Reef adventures. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we appreciated the laundry soap.
