2/5 We were grateful to have a roof over our heads however a few issues included: blinds that didn’t work well, light fixtures without bulbs, visible grime in several sinks, aging queen bedspread on king bed in master, missing tv in living room with a lot of disconnected wires remaining to show where it had been removed, fireplaces that didn’t work, no bedside tables in 3/4 bedrooms nor light other than overhead. Needs attention.

- No concerns were reported during your stay. The local team would have been happy to assist in real time had they been made aware of any issues.
- The upstairs living room does not include a TV by design, and this is reflected in the listing and photos. That said, the home does feature two 65" TVs in other common areas, and your suggestion to add another will be taken into consideration.
- Some light fixtures use long-lasting LED bulbs that may have reached the end of their lifespan. While the rooms remain well-lit overall, replacements are being scheduled.
- The comforters and bedding were newly purchased just prior to your stay. All beds are appropriately furnished with bedding that matches their size.
- Nightstands and tables are present in all four bedrooms, though styles may vary by room.
- We will be reviewing your cleanliness comments with our housekeeping team to ensure standards remain high.
