  Our stay was fine. The home was clean and comfortable, the kitchen very well stocked. Because the owners have evolve handle it, there was no communication. I tried for several day to reach out and never got a response. After our stay Evikve wanted more money, I asked that a supervisor contact me, never happened. I've never in the years of doing VRBO have had this happen .

  Also it was not disclosed that the owners were in a RV on the property with us.

After sharing your comments with the homeowner they would like to address your concerns:
  - While we didn’t receive any additional calls, texts, or voicemails during your stay, we did respond to your early check-in request and set the lock for 1 p.m. We’re sorry if there was any confusion and are committed to ensuring smoother communication for all future guests.
  - Vrbo outlines all taxes and fees at check-out before guests confirm payment. It looks like the pet fee wasn’t paid initially, so Evolve reached out to assist with that.
  - The RV on the property is only used occasionally for battery maintenance, and it is not occupied during guest stays. It does not impact parking or access to the home. We’ve requested Evolve to update our listing with this information, and we’re sorry for any surprise this may have caused.

  This beautiful home was an outstanding place to stay.All of the possible needs for guests were covered.

  The close proximity to the new mountain bike trail system could not have been better.

  We will look forward to staying here again on our next trip to the region

  This was a very nice home. It was equipped with ANYTHING you need. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Hiking trail right behind the house. Will definitely be staying there again when I go back for work. My dogs were also very comfortable there as well.
