3/5 Although we did not cook, noticed the supply or equipment is not full. Microwave is old, you need to figure the button- unreadable because it had faded. No keurig, we brought our disposable cups.Bathroom door is not evenly installed, hard to open. The biggest discrepancy is it is downstairs- basement, the concrete stairs going down from the side of the house is not senior friendly- no rail to hold on to. Heating is ok. Laundry was used once. Instructions where to place the trash is missing.
