Wonderful for our family reunion!
5/5 The location of the home is the best—so close to Bryce Canyon and the amenities at Ruby’s Inn. The home was great! Lots of space for our large family reunion. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were extra tables and chairs we used and the outside picnic tables and chairs gave us room for all our meals. The fenced in yard was the best for our whole family. We brought a pickleball net and used the basketball court for many family games. The swings and play set were enjoyed by the grandkids. The guest contact—Kami—responded so quickly to all our questions and needs. We highly recommend this home to anyone going to the Bryce Canyon area with a large group. Also, if you want a great place to eat—the Pizza Place in Tropic was amazing!

Perfect location
5/5 Beautiful home with an incredible view. The house was the perfect size for our group of 13. Ample room in the kitchen and plenty of room to stretch out. The kids loved the downstairs game room and basketball court. Best part was the location. Just a short drive to everythiing you want to visit. Owners were extremely helpful with information regarding the area and activities. Overall fantastic experience and highly recommend staying here.

Amazing propriety for large families
5/5 We all got together to watch the eclipse and visit Bryce. The propriety was perfect for both. The view from the main room was amazing and the proximity to everything was perfect. We walked to the shuttle into the park

Great location and backyard!
4/5 We had such a wonderful stay for my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary. Plenty of rooms and beds for everyone.
As others have mentioned, this property could use a deep clean, especially the carpets. We also struggled to find sheets for the futons, though the property manager was quick to respond and solve the issue.
We loved the pool table/ping pong table! And there was plenty of firewood for the fire pit. Thanks for a great stay.
