    The condo was left unlocked with no key in the lockbox, was not cleaned with dirty floors, counters, kitchen, bathrooms. Laundry was piled by the washer and dryer. We checked in at 4PM and waited until 8PM with no one being sent to clean the home. We had to drive 30 minutes down the mountain to check into a hotel for the night and find another rental. Most awful experience ever!!!

    Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry for the condition of the condo upon your arrival and understand how upsetting that experience must have been, especially after traveling. We followed up with the owner, who would like to address the following:
    - Upon being notified, we immediately attempted to arrange an emergency cleaning; however, due to the holiday evening, we were unable to secure service at that time.
    - We worked closely with Evolve to offer multiple accommodations, including a full refund for the stay, assistance with alternate lodging for the night, and other available options. These accommodations were communicated promptly but ultimately declined.
    - While we regret that a resolution meeting your expectations was not possible, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this situation caused.
    We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it allows us to review procedures and take steps to help prevent this from happening in the future.

    This condo was amazing. The view was breathtaking. We enjoyed watching he skiers from the comfort of the living room. The kitchen is large, and stocked for entertaining. We loved our stay.
