  This could be a fantastic rental with a little help. Almost everything is bare minimum. There is not one lamp in the entire house. Getting from the light switch to bed requires using a flashlight. There is no coffee table or any place to put down a cup of coffee or drink unless you are at the dining room table. There are no chairs in the bedrooms to put on your shoes and nowhere but the stairs to put on ski boots. There is no Kleenex or a hair dryer. I have never been in a hotel or rental that didn't have a hair dryer. The King bed was good and the towels were good.

  - We believe our property offers great value and comfort compared to other options in the area, and we aim to provide a spacious and well-designed environment for our guests. Our approach to furnishing the house is intended to maximize space and adhere to certain rules for the benefit of all guests. For example, we do not provide chairs in the bedrooms to prevent shoes from being worn on the carpet, as outlined in our rule book. Similarly, we do not include a coffee table in the living room to maintain the cleanliness of the furniture and rug, as drinking coffee on the furniture is prohibited.
  - Regarding the issue of lighting, we have not received previous complaints about insufficient lighting in the home. However, we will take your feedback into consideration and explore the possibility of adding table lamps while also considering the safety of all guests, especially those with children.
  - We would like to emphasize that we provide detailed pictures of every room in the house before guests make their booking. We understand that certain features may be important to different guests, and we encourage guests to review these images to ensure the property meets their needs and preferences.
  - Once again, we apologize that your experience fell short of your expectations, but we believe a 3-star review is unjustified given the value and amenities we offer. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future and provide a more satisfactory experience.

  Excellent property walking distance from Navajo ski lodge. Had a very comfortable stay.

• Great location with a new home feel

  Booked for 2 nights for our family. Great location at Brian Head in a new home development. House comfortably fit our entire family. Amazing views and hikes within minutes of the house. Definitely would book again.
