4/5 Cozy, comfortable condo. Listing price is not accurate. There are a lot of added costs.

Needs Updates
4/5 The unit was clean and had some nice upgrades such as bathroom vanity and bedroom furniture. The carpet needs to be replaced and kitchen appliances need to be updated. The couch is really old and needs to be replaced as well. Location was good, access to town walking trail.

Nice updates but a few things missed the mark.
3/5 Like most units at Brian Head this is a dated unit but there are some really nice upgrades. It wouldn't take much to get it up to 5 stars for me. Just a few things need updating or repaired. Loved the huge windows in the living room that let in lots of light.

Great spot!
5/5 Place was perfectly comfortable for our family with 3 kids and our dog. Easy access to the property, close to everything. Smart tv, board games, loft with bunk bed a big plus!
