Great location!
5/5 Upon arrival code given opened the door. Property was clean and a 3 ring binder greeted us with info, instructions and ammenities. Will definitely recommend and book again I the future.

Nice Bunk Room
4/5 We love staying at Giant Steps due to the proximity to the ski lift. At check in we found the condo to be exceptionally clean which was very much appreciated. As nice as it was I most likely wont stay here again due to the horrible mattress in the master bedroom. It makes a loud creek with every movement and has the comfort of a sofa sleeper. After one night I bailed snd slept in the bunk toom with the kids. That mattress was good. It would also be nice to have a pancake griddle in the kitchen. If you are not an expert skier be advised that the hill to get down to the condo is super steep.

Corner condo and comfy
5/5 The bunk house was clean and comfortable and had what we needed to cook and relax for three days. The windows faced the playground and pond which was a plus. While we were there Brian the bear artwork was unveiled at the playground which was a wonderful addition to the area. Our family always enjoys visiting Brian Head and we like to hike, visit Cedar Breaks and fish at Panguitch Lake. The gameroom and the condo is fun for us all. The Evolve team was easy to make our reservation.
Cute little condo next to Giant Steps
4/5 Great location, cute comfortable condo on the second floor. If you come in the summer, it does get warm in the condo with the sun beaming through all the windows. Only one small fan for the whole condo. You might want to bring an extra one just in case. It does cool off at night though. All the furniture is very comfortable. The owners are extremely nice and the communication is top notch! The condo is in walking distance to Giant Steps and the pond. It really is a great location!
