This is our 3rd time staying at this property: beautiful views and plenty of room for all my family.

Huge house. I kept getting lost in it. Plenty of privacy for everyone. Appears recently remodeled, nothing shabby or worn. VERY CLEAN. Spacious kitchen with lots of light & every gadget you could need.
Caveata: Boulder is a very remote area, so internet is iffy. The people in my party who had best access to internet had

There were seven in our family, all of us had comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The kitchen was filled with all we needed of utensils, dishes and pans to prepare meals. It was quiet and a very close drive to all activities and Hells Backbone Grill. Id highly recommend staying here. Just be careful as the wooden floors are polished and slick in spots.
