CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
-Please check guest book for instructions on how to turn on water heater
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash to the neighborhood dumpsters
- Sweep the floors
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens in a pile
- Place all used towels in the bathtub or hang to dry
- Turn off all lights, fans, electronics, and appliances
- Turn off the water heater breaker at the electrical panel
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately

- Inside furniture must stay indoors except folding chairs, which may be used outside if secured in your absence

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve
