Nice lake house
5/5 Rented the house for a fishing tournament. Having a private dock was great. Boat hoist was a plus. I will stay here again given the opportunity. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay at the lake for a getaway

My Lake Fork adventure!

Enjoyed the stay
5/5 We spent a few days here in the heat of the summer. The place was clean, A/C worked great and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone (there were 4 in our party). We enjoyed the screened-in porch (although it does need a ceiling fan) and the patio. I would suggest that you bring your own outdoor chairs. The backyard and the lake views were great and we did a lot of fishing from the dock and the community dock down the street. There's a very nice park south of Yantis (WC Swearingen Recreation Area) where we went to watch the super moon come up over the lake. We had a great time here and will definitely consider staying here again.
