    The home was not as advertised: one bathroom shower with no hot water, no towels in bathrooms, floor was dirty as was table in the kitchen. No top sheets on 3 out of 4 beds, washing machine was not in working order. Dirty sheets on one bed and dirty pillow case on the other. When contacted the property POC, she admitted to knowing washing machine did not work and that the shower in one bathroom did not have hot water. She offered to send new towels via Amazon - no way to wash those with a washing machine that was not working. I asked for my cleaning deposit back, she said she had put in a claim for the deposit to be returned but it wasn’t. I would NOT recommend renting this property or any property manager by Evolve. Totally disgusting. As the washing machine was not in working order, I’m sure NONE of the bedding was clean.

    We’re sorry to hear the home didn’t meet expectations during your visit — we always want guests to walk into a clean and fully prepared space. We followed up with the homeowner after reviewing your comments, and they wanted to share the following:
    - Our cleaning team prepares the home before every check-in, including laundering all bedding and restocking towels.
    - We understand the hot water issue in one bathroom was frustrating — it was a temporary problem that has since been resolved.
    - The washing machine is currently in working order and is used between guest stays to clean all linens and towels.
    - A refund was processed through our management partner on November 10, and we’re sorry again that your stay fell short of expectations despite our efforts to assist.
