2/5 The floors dirty. finally found broom outside. worms were coming from the broom!I bought a mop and cleaned up stairs as well. The slider has a gap at the bottom about an inch, which they said that was why the floors were dirty,I get that, but the whole house was not swept. The counters were dirty. bugs crawling in through that gap in the slider. Fridge and microwave were dirty.I tried to use the dishwasher and it FELL OUT OF THE WALL and got water all over the floor. The toilet seat is broke and my daughter fell off the toilet. trash can in the kitchen had other peoples food in it and fruit flies! garbage disposal is broken, it smells horrible and gets backed up. There were only 4 bath towels and 1 hand towel for 4 people and 2 bathrooms, they smelled moldy and were damp, the listing said “washer and dryer” but they were no where to be found! Lake access,13 minute walk away!That’s not Lake access. The neighborhood is not nice. No top sheets on some of the beds, so I went to pull one off another bed and there was a cockroach IN the bed, which was the first of 4! My bed was broken. The ceiling in the master bedroom leaks.I slipped and fell because of the water on the floor. It says “cooking basics”. What they mean is, slightly dirty silverware. I had to flip an egg with a spoon. There was a frying pan at least. But no cooking utensils. Evolve said they would send a man over to reclean, for the first 2 days it was my daughter & I and I didn’t want a strange man in the house
