We really enjoyed this house. It’s in a convenient location and was very nicely redone. Had everything we needed for our stay, including a very comfortable bed. Lots of little extras that make things enjoyable: a snack basket with water bottles and some chips, extra toiletries, and Keurig with a variety of k-cups. We had fun riding the electric bikes a couple of times down to the Silos and dinner. It’s also a short drive to Homestead Heritage and Mammoth Monument. Cons:The street lights shine very brightly in the house.A little noisy since it’s close to the street and next to a car shop. The area is a little run down, but we never felt unsafe. We would stay again if we return to Waco.

House was nice, clean, and comfortable. Had everything we needed for a long weekend. Didn’t use the bikes, kayaks, or fire pit due to weather, but they all looked to be in great condition and safety gear was on hand as well. Quality linens and bedding were provided and the shower is huge. Incredibly convenient location, very close to almost everything you’ll want to do in Waco. The fixtures, countertops, applicances, etc are all very nice. The bed and the couch are comfortable. Nice smart tvs in both rooms, free Wi-Fi, and remote controls for fans/ac. Large porch on the front with an area to sit. Nice blinds if you want to sleep in. All of the dishes/silverware are in great shape too. The listing euphemistically states that”the area is currently undergoing revitalization”. That’s a kind way of saying that the neighborhood isn’t great.(which is still being generous). The property sits up against what I assume is a mechanical shop. However the house is well renovated and we were not disturbed by any noise, from that or just street traffic. We still felt safe and secure due to the fence, gated parking, and cameras. I highly recommend this property and would book again if we return to the area.

We enjoyed our stay in Waco and this little home met our needs. It was super clean and just as pictured. We were not able to take advantage of the grill, fire pit and kayaks, however, they are a great addition for someone to use. Thank you for providing a great place to stay at a great price!

"The Airbnb experience on Elm Street for me was really special! We had a ball. Very cozy, quaint romantic experience, filled with the amenities to enjoy your time with a loved one sitting outside near the fire Pit, access to kayaks on the property if you choose to be adventurous and go kayaking on the lake Also on the property a pair of electric bikes to ride through the city to embrace and enjoy the Waco experience . I look forward to my next visit!
