  This is my second time staying at this lake house rental for a weekend of shopping and relaxation. It’s clean, quiet and has everything we needed. We had so much fun shopping (only

  20 minutes from First Monday in Canton)we didn’t get to enjoy the fishing or the barn with all the games. Watching the sunset over the lake with a glass of wine was a great way to end each day. Already looking forward to our next stay next year. Book it NOW!

  We traveled to First Catch to shop in Canton for the weekend. This place is perfect… from the location, the quiet peaceful atmosphere, the beautiful sunsets, and of course the accommodations!! The owners were accommodating and communicated all that we needed to know.

  This is our second time staying at “First Catch” and we will definitely be back next year!!

• Wedding Trip Retreat

  We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home while in town for a wedding! It was the perfect setup for our group, with multiple families and a mix of ages all staying comfortably under one roof. The house easily accommodated all 8 of us, and everyone had plenty of space to relax and enjoy.

  There was truly something for everyone. My husband and son had an amazing time fishing and caught a dozen fish during our stay, which was such a highlight for them. Our young adult kids stayed entertained the entire time with all the activities—ping pong, foosball, darts, and even a friendly (and competitive!) cornhole tournament.

  Evenings were just as special, spent unwinding together around the fire pit. It created such a fun and memorable atmosphere after busy wedding festivities.

  This home made our trip extra special, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a place that offers both comfort and fun!

  This place was absolutely AMAZING! The views, the house, the covered outdoor entertainment space, the shop with all the games/space, the amount of yard for the kids and dogs to play in, and the lake right there made this place have endless possibilities of fun and relaxation for our family trip. We will absolutely be staying here again for our annual First Monday Trade Days trip, and we will likely try to come back during spring/summer to take advantage of the fishing and lake activities. We have stayed in many different places within 30 minutes of Canton, some of which were on other lakes. This one, hands down, is the place to be.

  Fantastic property. It has everything and more. There is even a Starbucks around the corner. I had nothing but compliments from the family on booking it.
