    This place was absolutely AMAZING! The views, the house, the covered outdoor entertainment space, the shop with all the games/space, the amount of yard for the kids and dogs to play in, and the lake right there made this place have endless possibilities of fun and relaxation for our family trip. We will absolutely be staying here again for our annual First Monday Trade Days trip, and we will likely try to come back during spring/summer to take advantage of the fishing and lake activities. We have stayed in many different places within 30 minutes of Canton, some of which were on other lakes. This one, hands down, is the place to be.

    The property and house was exactly as advertised and even greater then our expectation. Clean, perfect location for our events in Van, Tx. Management and owner easy to work with. We are planning our next visit already.

    House was very clean with lots of room. Beds were comfortable and everything we needed was already stocked. Close drive for First Monday. Will be booking again very soon.
