  • Unsafe Property – Ongoing Health Impact and No Real Resolution from Evolve

    My stay at this property resulted in a medical emergency due to a wasp infestation inside and around the house. I suffered multiple stings that triggered a serious allergic reaction, requiring emergency treatment. I notified Evolve immediately, and while they claimed to have opened a liability case, there has been zero meaningful follow-up or resolution since then.

    Not only did I lose time and peace of mind, but I also endured significant physical harm because of this preventable issue. To this day, Evolve has failed to offer any compensation or take accountability for the unsafe conditions I experienced.

    If this continues unresolved, I will be exploring legal options to seek compensation for the damages and negligence involved. I strongly urge others to think twice before booking with Evolve. When things go wrong, they are nowhere to be found.

    - The property is in a rural location where insects and wildlife are part of the natural surroundings, and signage on the grounds reminds guests to exercise caution.
    - No wasp nests were found inside the home, and this was the first report of such an incident in all the time the owners have lived there and hosted guests.
    - We hope future visitors will enjoy the peaceful setting while remaining mindful of the outdoor environment.

  • Spacious house w a view

    It was roomy for all 6 of us, lots of towels n silverware, could have used some basic spices n laundry soap, but hot tub was great and sunsets beautiful. It’s on a gravel road so lil dusty, but close to Talent Bbq and i highly recommend brisket n sausage.

    The house is well maintained and clean. Just what we were looking for this weekend. We saw some folks playing on the water with a jet ski and tube.
