Not clean
3/5 We were disappointed in this property. Kitchen floor wasn’t clean and we had to clean a few pans before use. Clothes in drawers of prior persons stay. The outside had cob webs, bugs and had not been wiped down in a very long time. When we initially walked in, there was a strong smell.
We took about an hour to collectively wipe down or clean inside and outside tables and chairs. We also had to but had soap for bathrooms.

Labor Day Weekend 2024
3/5 To Whom It May Concern, the patio furniture in the front was not clean, The Front Porch should have been swept and inviting, as well as the kitchen felt sticky and needed to be mopped. My Son, Daughter and I took paper towels and wiped the outside table as well as swept the wooden balcony. Downstairs had little worms all over floor but my wife swept them up. it's disheartening to pay for a location and have too clean and dis-infect it before
we can relax and rest. it has a beautiful scenery, but the cleaning was unacceptable. also investing in cushions for the outside Metal chairs and beach chairs will go along way. It appears this property is being neglected. my opinion. Sincerely Ilester Little
PS- The Bathrooms and Toilets were clean.

Guys golf trip
3/5 House was ok. There was a outside canopy that is in the listing that has been removed and not there any further. We were bummed out about that especially since it was still in the listing.

Family getaway
3/5 The property owners/host were very easy to get in contact with and responded quickly when we arrived and noticed the AC wasn't working properly. The house was very close to the water and had great steps down into the water for swimming. We were sad the dock was famaged by storms, but were kindly given access to the dock next door.
Our only complaints involve the cleanliness of the property. One of the grills was super dirty and the kitchen fridge was dirty. The yard/ grounds needed attention...dead plants in all pots and a canoe full of water was in the yard.
House just needs some TLC but overall we had a great time.

3/5 The house has a beautiful view and plenty of space for everyone. My biggest complaint is the light switches were very confusing and half of them did not work.
