  • Good Location for Exploring Greater Houston Area

    First, the location of this house is pretty good if you are looking to explore not only Houston, but areas south of Houston. For my family, this meant Kemah Boardwalk, Space Center and Galveston. With this in mind, depending on traffic, getting to downtown Houston could take 60 minutes. But all other destinations were 30 minutes or less. The property itself is pretty good. The house was roomy for a family of (4). A/C worked well the one evening it was hot. The interior could use some maintenance, in particular the main bathroom. The kitchen could use a little restocking of utensils. Overall for the price, I feel it was a decent deal.
