  Very positive. The pool and spa were perfect, and the grill in the outdoor kitchen was in great shape. The house/sheets/towels were clean. We experienced a minor issue with the front door, which was promptly resolved with a phone call. Very responsive and helpful hosts. Will likely rent again.

  This house was great for a large group of people. The outdoor amenities were awesome, we loved hanging out in the pool and covered patio all day and night. Highly recommend!

• Cute little get away

  Did a little getaway for my mom’s 60th birthday with my siblings and nephews. The home was very clean upon arriving, we loved how the trees gave the pool so much shade during the day. Beds were very comfortable and came with cold pillows. This home was really a home away from home it had everything we needed.

• Not what I was expecting

  Could not get the manager to respond to voice well or to emails. Sent multiply times. Finely got a hold of booking sight the night before we were leaving come morning. Booking group finally got contact with the property manager. They finally made contact with us by email to give us the code to the gate into the house to be able to get in. The inside of the house was clean for the most part. But we washed teying to keep up with towels. The washer had a horrible smell. We had to go to the store to get cleaning supplies to clean the washer. The pool was moldy, the skimmer was not working. Pool guy came out and shocked it and scrubbed it some. We mentioned the skimmer not working and he said it hadn’t been working for awhile but the owners didn't wont to put any more money into it. Lawn was desperately needing mowed. The area were there was an outdoor gril and table and bar for eating and family time was my favorite but it was very dirty. Spider webs, dead bugs in the sinks. The gril was horribly nasty. My son spent over an hour trying to clean it up and burn the old buildup off. And still the ribs he was cooking caught on fire from how bad it still needed more cleaning. The pics on the web site are very nice but were not factual to our stay there. Invasion of these flying ants in the pool and sense the filter on the pool wasn't working we found a broken hand pole skimmer and we took turns trying to keep as many ants out of the water as we could.   - Detailed check-in instructions are sent well in advance of each stay. Your request for an early check-in was promptly accommodated. We also extended a late check-out at no additional charge to ensure your comfort.
  - We wish you had reached out with any issues that arose while you were at the property. We are available for any of our guest's needs and would have taken care of you as quickly as possible.
  - We did notice the pool skimmer and have replaced it.
  - We are in a scenic wooded area and have to share the space with nature's little creatures. However, we maintain a professional pest control service monthly to ensure a comfortable environment.
  - Due to heavy rainfall, the grass has grown quicker than normal but we have a lawn care specialist scheduled every 2 weeks during the summer.
