2/5 When we arrived, there were about 5 trash bags in the garage from the previous guest and none of the bed sheets had been stripped and cleaned so we had to do it ourselves. There was a water leak from the ceiling in the kitchen. Communication with the host was very poor. Tried to call and text with them and got no response. The house is nice but the service was poor.

5/5 Very positive. The pool and spa were perfect, and the grill in the outdoor kitchen was in great shape. The house/sheets/towels were clean. We experienced a minor issue with the front door, which was promptly resolved with a phone call. Very responsive and helpful hosts. Will likely rent again.
