3/5 Let me start off by saying: the location was excellent and the views were beautiful. The home was nicely decorated and pretty. We loved the seating on the deck. However; the cleanliness was not up to standard: the sheets on the beds appeared to be unchanged from the previous tenants; they were sandy and did not seem fresh.The oven in the kitchen is not a regular sized oven: it is small: so be prepared to use a smaller cooking sheet. The shared bathroom shower makes a squeaky noise while in use.The in-suite over head shower head does not turn on and the hand held shower head is placed high.Water pressure was low in both showers.I tried to contact the listed contact number that was on the wall but that contact responded by saying they no longer took care of the property.So communication was a problem.I reached out on Vrbo messenger and didn’t get a response until after checkout. It could have been a 5 star experience on the deck alone; unfortunately, lack of communication and cleanliness are the reason for our rating.

5/5 Great location. Great wifi connectivity. Great layout. Comfortable couches and deck chairs. My son liked the bunk beds in one of the rooms.

4/5 Beautiful home. Check in process was a dud. Front door isn’t working due to locking mechanism issue. Wasn’t made aware of this and had to walk through someone’s room every time we wanted in and out. No early mornings watching waves unless you want to go through the window. lol. Perfect location. Quiet and not nearly as crowded as it is about two blocks down. Beds are comfy. Laundry is in bunk room. No apps on tv. Which was fine. I enjoyed disconnecting. Plenty of blankets. Bathrooms were well maintained. All in all I would stay again once the door is fixed.

5/5 Great ocean front house view not such a big crowd which gave us plenty space to set up on beach and cool cool ac for when things got to hot and plenty of deck space for music and a few drinks overall great location and beautiful home
