4/5 It started alittle bumpy, but the contact person Randi? Was super helpful and worked Diligently to get the issue fixed. I will say, if you have issues with stairs, this is not the place for you. The stairs are steep and the steps themselves are narrow. Overall I was happy with it.

Missed the Mark (for us)
4/5 This property is not for everyone. The main reason I say that is due to the layout. There are two very large bedrooms and a large bathroom upstairs. The kingsize beds are very comfortable. The stairway to the second floor is extremely steep with stairs that are very shallow. There is a warning sign at the base of the stairs asking folks to use the railing. It wold appear that most folks do because the railing is getting loose at the top of the stairs. What adds risk is that fact that the stair treads are very shallow and are thickly carpeted. Best for the young and physically fit. The kitchen layout is odd. The refridgerator is in-line and right next to the sink which is in-line right next to the stove. There is no dishwasher, which is fine, but that meant you had to sit the dish drainer on top of the stove to be efficient. That would be a problem if trying to clean up after having used the stove. Randi, the property manager is a jewel. Extremely service oriented and was willing to go out of her way to make us comfortable. She told us this was a fairly new property on VRBO. That was evident due to the fact there were no cleaning supplies, kitchen towels or sponges available. I'm sure Randi has taken care of that by now. We actually left a day early because we just weren't comfortable given the stairs situation.
