The only internet service available at the ranch cabin is via the Glocalme hotspot. They are not to unplug or move the hotspot at any time during their stay. Doing so will cause the hotspot to disfunction. Once that happens there will be no internet service available at the cabin. Internet service is necessary for more than TV access.

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- This property is gated. The key is located inside a lockbox. Please reach out to the Guest Contact prior to arrival for your unique gate and lockbox codes
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

- Return key to the lockbox
- Remeber to log out of anything you logged into on the Smart TV
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
