    This unit was amazing! Very clean and freshly renovated. Plenty of things in the kitchen for cooking and preparing meals, refrigerator with ice maker was an added bonus. The management company needed to clean the normally wonderful inside heated pool and keep pool towels on the shelf. Overall an amazing stay.

    balcony furniture could use replacement & VERY squeaky beds in the 2nd bedroom. The beds were mentioned in other reviews...still not corrected. Beyond those things, the condo is comfortable with needed amenities. The location is excellent with a nearby grocery store and is at a midpoint on the island. Three years ago one of the tennis courts was being repaired. This year the 2nd was under repair....jack hammers were noisy, but if you don`t spend a lot of time in the condo, it`s tolerable. Security was less than hoped for with the construction forcing cars to be on the street & general security more lax with workers going in and out. Normally it`s locked & requires a key to enter the premises.

  • Great Unit for Beach Vacation

    We loved every minute of our stay at Suntide III, Unit #409. The view was spectacular, location convenient with grocery, shopping, restaurants in walking distance, hot tub and indoor and outdoor pools were wonderful treat -- unit was comfortable, attractive and loaded with amenities. We are already looking at dates for return stay next year!

  • Beautiful sunrise condo with lots of perks!

    This condo was a great find. Easy, centralized location and no issues with check in/check out. Daily, the sunrise just comes straight to you, whether on the deck or enjoying inside in the living area. The master king bed was fantastically comfortable and shower water pressures outstanding. The beds in the other bedroom need to be replaced- they are quite creaky and loud for sleeping. Otherwise, this space offers all amenities to provide for a comfortable week. Games, cooking utensils, and functional laundry. The outside hot tub and sauna on site were amazing! We felt completely safe and comfortable at Suntide III and recommend to families and couples alike to check it out!
