  • BEWARE - High ratings are a scam

    This specific UNIT is unlivable by most standards and unbelievably overpriced due to location.<br />

    -Entire suite smelled and felt dirty throughout<br />

    - Refrigerator is rusted inside and out<br />

    -Balcony window has large cracks in glass<br />

    -Balcony doors caked with salt and rusting<br />

    -Bedroom furniture is rotting<br />

    -Balcony furniture is black with dirt and collapses when sitting on it<br />

    -Master bedroom bed collapses in center (can't sit let alone sleep in it)<br />

    -Walls are super thin and children/people from the large families staying were banging on floor (our ceiling) and on walls in adjacent rooms.<br />

    From no secure parking and having to hand carry everything from outside into the gated complex (with only one elevator if not on ground level), to misrepresentation of "wristband" amenities where all areas are crowded with additional "guests"—this complex is largely run down and is NOT for anyone wanting a quiet getaway to the beach or is expecting even basic 2 star hotel quality.<br />

    The only positive was how polite and empathetic the front desk woman was when WE HAD TO CHECK OUT WITHIN AN HOUR OF ARRIVAL (once we were able to book elsewhere). She reassured us that they would be filing a complaint on our behalf, and that I would be contacted but I have not heard from anyone.
