    The view is amazing! The beds were comfy. We appreciated that there was a sofa bed so all 3 kids had their own bed. The size of the condo was perfect for our family of 5. We also liked that there were ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms. The condo was clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We wished that there was a cookie sheet but we made do with a glass pyrex dish. Would have liked another set of silverware so we didn't have to run the dishwasher after every meal but not a big deal. There were a lot of books to choose from which we took advantage of. We would definitely stay here again.

    The master bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was clean and we cooked and ate every meal here. <br />

    Condo needs a deep clean, pay attention to light switches and floor boards. <br />

    Bring hangers, this is the first place I have rented that didn’t have a single hanger.<br />

    Needs several light bulbs: light on microwave above the stove top, one above the counter and patio are all burned out. <br />

    Master bathroom toilet needs a plumber, it keeps running. There was a problem with the other bathroom and management fixed it quickly. I wish there was an inside front door rug, it would help with keeping the sand from spreading through out the condo.<br />

    Otherwise everything was great. Occasionally it gets noisy. We loved the carts for hauling stuff to the condos, it made moving in and out so easy. The front desk people at Suntide 111 are also super sweet.

    Room was clean but smelled funny… maybe dog pee? The unit was dated but we knew that from the pcs and didn’t mind since it was very clean. Couldn’t get the tv in the living room working but they sent someone up the second day and fixed it. Couch and the bed sheets are VERY uncomfortable. Elevator was broken multiple multiple multiple times. We ended up having to take the stairs more times then not. It’s five flights so I hope you aren’t carrying much. The view was AMAZING!
