  We are locals but rented this unit so we could host some friends. We had 6 adults and a toddler.<br />

  The unit itself is beautifully decorated and over all comfortable. We chose this specific unit because it was on the corner with 2 walls of windows, the view, beach access, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and the large balcony (which is where the guys spent most of their time). <br />

  The kitchen was amply stocked and we had everything we needed for the few meals that we cooked.<br />

  The beds were comfortable and had nice linens - although there are no extra sheets or blankets provided. <br />

  <br />

  Although we had a great time and enjoyed our stay there were a few hiccups.<br />

  First: the hot water never got hot - in any of the bathrooms. It was luke warm at best. The water pressure was super, super, low. In the master shower both of the knobs fell off (obviously this was an issue they had tried to fix as there was caulk on them). <br />

  The couch in the living room is pretty - but not at all comfortable. <br />

  The second bedroom had some issues - the lights would not come on. There are 3 lamps in the room and we only got one to work. When we tird to pull down the window shade (the window looks out onto the walkway by the elevator which was super bright) the shade pulled out of the wall.<br />

  We rent units and host friends several times a year but we will not rent this unit again. <br />

  If you like strong water pressure and hot showers - this unit would not be a good fit for you. <br />

  Our other major concern / disappointment was with the condo complex itself - not the unit.<br />

  We were a party of 3 couples. We had 4 vehicles. (My husband drove separately because he had to go to work). <br />

  We were only provided one parking pass for inside the gated area. One of the couples needed handicapped parking - which was completely empty - but this counted as our inside pass. <br />

  We were issued 2 passes for parking in the area outside the gate. They refused to give us a 4th pass and one car had to be parked across the street in city parking - where there is no security. Totally understandable during the peak season - but of the 150 plus units less than 30 were rented while we were there and there was absolutely no reason for them to be greedy with parking passes. <br />

  Here's the absolute reason we will NOT BE BACK .<br />

  When our 2 guests arrived they pulled into the gated area to unload their cars near the elevator (keep in mind one of these was a handicapped individual). While they were upstairs unloading their stuff their CARS WERE BOOTED for illegal parking.<br />

  Seriously. <br />

  That was it for us. <br />
