  My family loved the condo and the location. Rooms were clean and had all we needed. Facility could be better since the 2nd elevator was broken and another guest said it happens every year and takes a while for the place to fix it. The one elevator that was working was usually full so we had to wait a while but other than that, no complaints.

  We arrived at Suntide III #509 on 10/9 for a 10 day stay. Within the first half hour we found bugs in the kitchen area and were unable to get the Wifi to work (our devices couldn’t find the router name we were provided). We reported both issues to the lady at the desk and were told that bugs weren’t their problem. She did send someone to the unit to try to resolve the wifi problem but all he was able to do was do a factory reset on the router, which gave us service but with an unsecure connection. In spite of promises from the front desk staff over the next several days, this issue was never resolved. Someone was supposed do a monthly spraying of all units on 10/13 but we never saw any evidence they were in our unit and for the remaining 6 days we were in the unit we did not see a single dead bug so if it was sprayed it was totally ineffective.<br />

  The unit was in much worse condition that depicted in the listing photos. The furniture was mainly rattan and the couch had a large hold in the arm on the east side. The utensil drawers in the kitchen are ready to fall apart and almost impossible to open. The bathrooms were badly outdated and in need of renovation. The sinks were dingy and at least 20 years old. The faucets were the same and the one in the master bath had corroded so badly it had a hole the size of a quarter at the base. The drains in both bathroom sinks were badly rusted. The mirror in the master bath had lost much of the silver around the bottom and edges. There was evidence of rust and corrosion all around the unit. The shower in the master bath was approximately 2’ X 2’ and had very little water pressure, seemingly relying more on gravity that water pressure.<br />

  In total, we paid approximately $200 a day for this unit and felt, due to the condition; it was way, way overpriced. Had we not been contractually committed, we would have left long before our 10 days were up. <br />

  The only positive for this unit was that the view was great and the deck area off the living space was very good for enjoying the ocean.<br />
