perfect house , a lot of inconveniences
3/5 the apartment its beautiful , updated , modern the only reason I give them 3 stars it was because we had some bad experiences with , bad smell coming out of the sink and the door knob needed to be fixed (everything was fixed )
Lovely Condo at Suntide III in South Padre Island
5/5 The unit is very nice and updated. Loved the wine cooler. Being on the 2nd floor is nice too, so you can take the stairs instead of waiting for the elevator. The staff was always nice and courteous. <br />

The complex is in a good location just a few blocks to the main grocery store. It's also walkable (although it's a long walk) over to the restaurants, bars and carnival area on the bay side.<br />

We would definitely consider staying in this complex and unit again in the future.

5/5 We have stayed at Suntide III in several different condos over the years and this one was in the top 3! Beautifully done and very well appointed. We loved it and definitely will be back!

5/5 We loved this condo. The lay out was perfect for the 5 of us. We all had our private bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped. the sitting areas were very comfortable.
